Shipping & Delivery

Most approved* orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose, but our standard is 3 to 5-day first class mail, meaning you will receive your package within three to five business days. For example, if you order on Monday, your package will leave our warehouse Wednesday, and you will receive it by Saturday (depnding on proximity to 92627 zip code). Orders containing special event merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping.

Restrictions do apply to our standard 3-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our USPS option as these addresses do not have 3-day or expedited shipping available. The cost is still just $4.99 on any size order.

Our carrier does not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico via 3-day. Residents of these states may choose our $4.99 USPS option or upgrade to an expedited option, such as 2-day for $19.95. Please note, although the average for our $4.99 USPS delivery option to HI, AK and PR is 7-10 business days, in rare cases it can take up to 3 weeks.

*Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose the personal information you may provide while using this Web site. It is always your choice whether to provide personal information through the Web site. Any personal information you provide will be treated with care, and subject to this policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented. Also, you may opt-out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information, as explained in this policy.

Libertarian Apparel also may link tracking information with personal information voluntarily provided by Web site users. Returns and Replacements

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from  Libertarian Apparel. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling fees. The item must be unworn & unwashed or defective. All returns must be accompanied by an order number, name, and email address. Your credit will be issued after we receive the item and verify its condition.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of  Libertarian Apparel. If there is extensive damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call. If possible please photograph the package before opening it and inspecting the contents.

Ordering You may track your order here at any time by simply entering your order number, zip code and email address. Unfortunately, tracking information is not available at this time for international orders and orders shipped via USPS to Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery of international orders and 7-10 business days for USPS orders shipping to a P.O. Box, Alaska or Hawaii. Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by logging in to your profile online and following these steps:

1. Click on "My Account" at the top of the homepage.
2. Log in with the email and password used to initially make your profile.
3. Once logged in, click on "Modify Account" located on the left hand side of the account page.
4. From the Modify Account page you can update the profile name, email address and/or password.
5. Once information changed click "Update My Profile."
6. Your page will refresh and above your first name you will see a confirmation stating "Your account has been updated."
